International Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cold calls/qualified calls to generate leads, calls are referred as offline/online both, meeting clients regularly to build up sales pipelines for assigned target achievement in territory.
• Keep detailed records of all contacts, maintain pipeline and present weekly or monthly to superior.
• Work with superiors and team to develop strategies and implement same to ensure best result
• Consistent marketing activities in assigned countries.
• Post sales customer relation management.
• Should notify internal stakeholders and work with them to resolve customer issues

• Should be willing to travel 60%-70% in job.

• Preferred countries to travel - African continent
• End to End responsibility from sales delivery installation payment collection Customer satisfaction as user afterwards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in pharmaceutics / Science or any related field. MBA is preferable.
• Minimum of 3 - 8 years experience in medical device sales or similar role.

• International sales experience is must.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly Motivated and budget driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to travel frequently and effectively to work within budget in assigned countries.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
