Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive international business development strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Refine marketing strategies to escalate business volume through competition analysis and market intelligence.
• Execute effective plans designed to ensure achievement of agreed volume, market share, and profit objectives.
• Identify newer opportunities, formulate business strategies, and strategically utilize resources to achieve organizational business objectives.
• Lead negotiations for high-impact deals and ensure favourable terms for the company while fostering positive, long-term relationships with partners.
• Handle international markets for niche products and ensure effective implementation of company strategies to achieve targets.
• Build a strong network of global relationships to enhance the company’s international presence.
• Review, identify, update, and prioritize strategic initiatives to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership.
• Provide regular reports to the executive team on progress of international initiatives and use KPIs to assess success and make data-driven adjustments.
