We are looking for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills, prior experience in lead generation, and a pleasant, confident personality. The ideal candidate should be proactive, approachable, and capable of building strong initial connections with potential clients.
• Research and identify potential clients, including Real Estate Developers, Architects, and Project Management Consultants.
• Track ongoing and upcoming real estate and architectural projects through industry events, publications, online platforms, and other sources.
• Generate qualified leads by initiating contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy database of leads using CRM tools.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Understand client needs and provide relevant information about our services and offerings.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the sales/business development team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with marketing and sales objectives.
• Maintain lead records and update reporting dashboards regularly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new lead opportunities.
• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate, architecture, construction, or B2B services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach campaigns.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
