This role requires balancing 70% sales and 30% operations , with a primary focus on driving business growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering impactful events. The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in client and member engagement, event planning, and strategic collaborations, ensuring AACCI continues to create value for its stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Operations (30%) Manage client and member interactions effectively Drive member renewals, retention, and engagement initiatives Oversee newsletters, communication updates, and knowledge-sharing activities Facilitate MOUs and partnerships with organizations and institutions Supervise accounts, administration, and compliance processes Coordinate with existing chapters to ensure alignment and efficiency.
