We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of International BPO in India. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients across various international markets. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide assistance and resolve queries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
