International Banking Voice Process

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services
  • Provide resolutions for payment issues, online banking access, card/blocking requests, account queries, and transaction disputes
  • Maintain accuracy in customer records using CRM tools
  • Ensure compliance with banking and data security guidelines
  • Achieve first-contact resolution and meet quality parameters
  • Escalate complex queries to specialist teams when required

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    UG / Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    1 year

    in

    international voice process

    (banking domain preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or UK-adaptable accent
  • Strong listening, analytical, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in

    UK shift

    (Afternoon to Late Evening IST)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

    Up to 7,00,000 per annum
