Job Opportunity:

-Experience: Need Minimum 1+ year experience in International Voice - Inbound or Outbound calls

-Excellent communcation

- Immediate Joiner or 15 days' notice period accepted

- Relieving letter not mandatory

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
