Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Ads Sales Manager to lead our advertising marketing sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the global advertising marketing industry. You will be expected to identify and secure new business opportunities, as well as manage and grow existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ·       Onboarding potential Advertiser, Agencies & Affiliate Networks
  • ·       Understanding market trends for developing an effective sales and marketing

strategy for expansion.

  • ·       In depth knowledge Digital Media Industry, Ad-Inventory Sales, Media Sales,

e-Mailer, CPA, CPI, CPD, CPM & CPL the current processes, practices followed.

  • ·       Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
  • ·       Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and expand market share in the global advertising marketing industry.
  • ·   Identify and develop new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients and agencies.
  • ·       Collaborate with our marketing and product development teams to create compelling advertising marketing solutions that meet the needs of our international clients.
  • ·       Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, manage sales forecasts, and track sales performance against targets.
  • ·       Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • ·       Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
  • ·       Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Requirements:


    • ·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • ·       3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising marketing industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
    • ·       Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • ·       Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
    • ·       Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients and agencies.
    • ·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • ·       Willingness to travel internationally to attend conferences, meet with clients, and build relationships.
