International Accountant

Role Title: Associate & Above – US Accounting

Location & Shift: Noida Sector-2 | 03 PM - 12 AM (Flexible)

Role Overview:

Seeking a seasoned US Bookkeeper (1+ yrs experience) to manage financial operations for US-based clients. This is an onsite night shift role in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Manage US payroll, sales tax filings, and year-end processes
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Communicate with clients and address financial queries

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience with US accounting/bookkeeping
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
• Knowledge of US tax laws and payroll regulations
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in night shift

Preferred Qualities:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proactive, culturally aware, and team-oriented
