• Directly responsible for achieving assigned sales targets from allocated relationships such as National Distributors, Banks, Local MFDs, and direct clients. • Regularly engage, communicate, and drive sales initiatives across assigned partners and clients to sustain long-term relationships. • Make quality calls consistently and ensure regular follow-ups to push the sales agenda effectively. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call logs, and activity updates in the CRM system. • Ensure the Master Database is updated with relevant client and market intelligence information on a quarterly basis. • Prepare and share relevant data reports using Excel or other tools for internal reviews and strategy inputs. • Contribute to team knowledge by researching, studying, and presenting competitor insights and product reviews. •Follow internal processes related to call handling, reporting, and team coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations. • Work closely with remote or on-ground sales teams and seniors to align business decisions and execution. • Be open to traveling to assigned territory locations 23 times a year or as required by the business.
• Ability to work with Targets and Focus on results. • Willing to work on deadlines. • Proficiency in English. • Proficiency in the language according to the assigned territory. • Understanding of geographic dynamics. • Knowledge of excel power point and email etiquettes. • Mutual Fund business knowledge • Be able to co-ordinate and work together with other team members who may be remotely based. • Analyzing and prioritizing business-related decisions, in consultation with seniors. • Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls, as per process, for the whole working day. • To be able to sit comfortably for the whole day, use a laptop or desktop, as assigned. • Read from the screen, use the keyboard, listen, talk and articulate on the phone.
