The Forensic Analyst role will entail working closely with the investment research team across different sectors and geographies. Key Responsibilities: Deep dive into annual reports Assessment of corporate disclosures including exchange filings and MCA filings Report drafting and presentation of corporate governance findings to the team Aid the groups ESG and stewardship efforts Qualification & Skills: Chartered Accountant Excellent working knowledge of accounting & corporate governance best practices High degree of curiosity Strong analytical skills The above role is only for Chartered Accountants who have cleared in the last 12 months
Role & responsibilities • Directly responsible for achieving assigned sales targets from allocated relationships such as National Distributors, Banks, Local MFDs, and direct clients. • Regularly engage, communicate, and drive sales initiatives across assigned partners and clients to sustain long-term relationships. • Make quality calls consistently and ensure regular follow-ups to push the sales agenda effectively. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call logs, and activity updates in the CRM system. • Ensure the Master Database is updated with relevant client and market intelligence information on a quarterly basis. • Prepare and share relevant data reports using Excel or other tools for internal reviews and strategy inputs. • Contribute to team knowledge by researching, studying, and presenting competitor insights and product reviews. •Follow internal processes related to call handling, reporting, and team coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations. • Work closely with remote or on-ground sales teams and seniors to align business decisions and execution. • Be open to traveling to assigned territory locations 23 times a year or as required by the business. Preferred candidate profile • Ability to work with Targets and Focus on results. • Willing to work on deadlines. • Proficiency in English. • Proficiency in the language according to the assigned territory. • Understanding of geographic dynamics. • Knowledge of excel power point and email etiquettes. • Mutual Fund business knowledge • Be able to co-ordinate and work together with other team members who may be remotely based. • Analyzing and prioritizing business-related decisions, in consultation with seniors. • Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls, as per process, for the whole working day. • To be able to sit comfortably for the whole day, use a laptop or desktop, as assigned. • Read from the screen, use the keyboard, listen, talk and articulate on the phone.
