Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound calling, emails, and social media outreach. Customer Engagement: Conduct product presentations, demos, and discovery calls to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM software. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business development teams to execute campaigns and follow up on leads. Sales Support: Assist field sales and account managers in proposal creation, quotation, coordination with internal departments and customer onboarding. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Client Retention: Proactively engage existing customers to identify upselling and cross\u0002selling opportunities. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation, preferably in the software/SaaS or IT services industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and articulate software solutions. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B software or SaaS environments. Knowledge of solution selling or consultative sales methodologies. Ability to handle objections and close deals independently. Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, or IT managed services is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
