Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Internal Sales Executive. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting sales activities, providing technical sales support, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing and delivering technical presentations, generating sales reports, and collaborating with the technical support team to address client needs. The role demands close coordination with external sales teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

• Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
• Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Prior experience in Industrial Engineering or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
