Internal Sales Executive

In this full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, you will take on the position of an Internal Sales Executive. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing and supporting sales activities, offering technical sales support, and nurturing customer relationships. Your daily tasks will involve promptly addressing customer inquiries, creating and delivering technical presentations, compiling sales reports, and working closely with the technical support team to cater to client requirements. Collaboration with external sales teams and a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service will be key aspects of this role. To excel in this role, you should possess Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills, along with strong Technical Support capabilities. Excellent communication skills are essential, and any prior experience in Industrial Engineering or related fields would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial, as is a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
