Job Description

Role & responsibilities Customer Support: Respond customer inquiries related to technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines. Provide prompt and accurate technical guidance to customers. Quotation and Proposal Management: Prepare quotations based on the inputs of sales team as per customer requirements. Collaborate with the estimation teams to generate accurate technical proposals. Lead Management: Track and follow up on incoming leads with sales team. Maintain record of submitted quotation, customer interactions and updates. Technical Support: Assist in technical discussions with clients, addressing their process requirements and equipment selection. Review and interpret technical documents, such as P&IDs, GA drawings, and equipment datasheets. Market Insights: Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence. Support the sales team in preparing for exhibitions and customer presentations. Coordination: Work closely with external sales teams, estimation team, and production departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate factory visits, product trials, and FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) as needed. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in mechanical, chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). 2+ years of experience in internal sales, technical support, or application engineering, preferably in the industrial equipment sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
