Position: Internal Sales Engineer Technical Sales Support Provide technical expertise to the sales team during the pre-sales process. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Quotation & Proposal Development Create accurate and competitive quotes based on customer specifications. Assist in drafting technical proposals and documentation. Ensure all proposals meet company standards and customer expectations. Customer Interaction Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Clarify technical details and resolve product-related questions. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support repeat business. Collaboration with Teams Work closely with external sales, engineering, and production teams. Coordinate with product managers to stay updated on product changes. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services. CRM and Reporting Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in ERP Track and report on sales metrics, lead status, and conversion rates. Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices Implementing strategies, tracking goods from the origination point to the production. Analysing the supply chain data and solving any issues or putting alternative plans in place Identifying and minimising risk by predicting the demand for products and adopting new technology with no interruption to the process. Managing inventory, expediting orders, finding the best prices at good quality Manage the team and carry out day to day duties in purchasing. Managing procurement budget and preparing cost estimates Provide report to management as required. Compiling and maintaining purchase records, supplier databases and procurement contracts Developing safety guidelines, teaching, and enforcing the protocols Supervising and training employees Carry out other duties as required.
