Job Description

Position: Internal Sales Engineer Technical Sales Support Provide technical expertise to the sales team during the pre-sales process. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Quotation & Proposal Development Create accurate and competitive quotes based on customer specifications. Assist in drafting technical proposals and documentation. Ensure all proposals meet company standards and customer expectations. Customer Interaction Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Clarify technical details and resolve product-related questions. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support repeat business. Collaboration with Teams Work closely with external sales, engineering, and production teams. Coordinate with product managers to stay updated on product changes. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services. CRM and Reporting Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in ERP Track and report on sales metrics, lead status, and conversion rates.
