Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Promote and sell company products and services to
existing and prospective customers
.
Identify potential leads, build a strong
sales pipeline
, and follow up to convert opportunities into business.
Prepare and deliver
technical presentations and techno-commercial proposals
to clients.
Maintain strong customer relationships and keep the
client database updated
.
Support participation in
marketing events
such as exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with
Design, Production, Service, and Marketing
departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor
competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements
to support strategy development.
Ensure
timely payment collections
in line with credit control policies.
Conduct regular
customer visits
across assigned regions/territories to strengthen relationships.
Support senior management in
sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives
.
Carry out other assignments as directed by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in
Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
or any discipline with
MBA in Marketing/Sales
preferred.
57 years of proven experience in
B2B industrial sales / capital equipment sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Good understanding of
techno-commercial sales, industrial machinery, and project sales cycles
.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions; overseas travel may be required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
