Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Plan, execute, and monitor SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage website content, performance tracking, and analytics using Google Analytics & other tools.
  • Drive lead generation through digital channels.

2. Branding & Positioning

  • Develop and maintain corporate brand guidelines.
  • Execute branding initiatives including corporate merchandising and gifting.
  • Support product positioning strategies across multiple markets.

3. BTL Activities & Events

  • Organize and manage exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry awards participation.
  • Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance visibility and engagement.

4. Content Creation & Communication

  • Develop engaging content including blogs, newsletters, articles, case studies, and promotional material.
  • Manage PR activities, media communication, editorial calendars, and advertisements.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
  • Provide insights to support marketing and business development strategies.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for design, printing, events, and digital deliverables.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing projects.

7. Tender Management

  • Monitor tender portals for relevant opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit tender bids, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Support sales team with tender-based opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of

    SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Social Media Marketing

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
  • Proficiency in

    branding, BTL marketing, and event management

  • Analytical mindset with ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Experience in

    tender preparation and submission
