We are hiring Internal Sales Engineer

​Duties and Responsibilities
​Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers and the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered.​Develop and prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for engineering solutions in coordination with the sales team.​Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and communicate product specifications, capabilities, and custom solutions.​Assist in managing and following up on sales inquiries, working to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.​Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, from inquiry through delivery.​Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide the best possible advice to customers and the sales team.​Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EPT department by participating in cross-functional collaboration and idea-sharing.​ Required Skills​Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience.​2+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.​Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn the specifics of Johnson Screens' products and solutions.​Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical customers.​Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.​Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.​Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
