Your key responsibilities as an Internal Quality Auditor will include:

• Develop, schedule, and conduct internal audits to evaluate QMS against ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Assess processes for conformity, identify gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Detect and document non-conformities, categorizing by severity and impact.
• Provide actionable recommendations for corrective and preventive measures.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external bodies for audit readiness and quality improvements.
  

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Internal Quality Auditor:

• 4+ years of experience in business processes.
• Experience in RCA, and CAP, with strong ISO standards and auditing knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with RCA techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis) and implementing CAP.
• Experience in audit processes, compliance standards, and process-driven problem-solving.
• Effective communication of audit findings to stakeholders and leadership, promoting continuous improvement.
• Certified as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor
