Description
As an Internal Quality Auditor at our company, your role will involve conducting internal audits as per ISO 9001:2015 guidelines, ensuring compliance with all SOPs, quality processes, and work instructions, and maintaining and managing all quality-related documents, records, and audit files. You will be responsible for identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective & preventive actions, coordinating processes across departments for standardization and improvement, preparing audit plans, checklists, and clear audit reports, and communicating with clients for audit scheduling, clarifications, and documentation review. Additionally, you will support internal teams to correct nonconformities and assist during external audits by providing required documents and evidence. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal audits following ISO 9001:2015 guidelines - Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality processes, and work instructions - Maintain and manage quality-related documents, records, and audit files - Identify operational gaps and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) - Coordinate processes across departments for standardization and improvement - Prepare audit plans, checklists, and clear audit reports - Communicate with clients for audit scheduling, clarifications, and documentation review - Support internal teams to correct nonconformities and ensure timely closure - Assist during external audits by providing required documents and evidence Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in internal auditing or quality management - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (certification preferred) - Experience in SOP drafting, documentation control, and process coordination - Strong analytical thinking and gap-identification skills - Excellent communication skills, including client interaction - Ability to manage audits independently in a hybrid work environment In addition to the above, you will benefit from the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
