Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic communicator to join our Internal Communications team as Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and content development, preferably within a fast-paced, matrixed organization. You will play a key role in driving impactful communication campaigns, enhancing employee experience, and supporting our employer brand and EVP initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and measure internal communication campaigns that align with business priorities and enhance employee engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, leadership, and business units to understand communication needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling content for various internal channels including newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, and town halls.
  • Employee Communication:

  • Support initiatives that foster a connected and informed workforce, including change communications, leadership messaging, and culture-building programs.
  • Employer Branding & EVP:

  • Contribute to projects that strengthen the firm’s employer brand and employee value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging across touchpoints.
  • Channel Management:

  • Maintain and optimize internal communication platforms and tools to ensure timely and engaging content delivery.
  • Measurement & Insights:

  • Track campaign performance and employee feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate briefs into impactful communication plans.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with employee engagement, employer branding, and EVP is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
