As a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager in our Internal Communications team, you will be a crucial part of our organization, utilizing your 34 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and content development to drive impactful communication campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, creating compelling content, managing internal communication channels, and contributing to employer branding and EVP initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring internal communication campaigns that align with business priorities and enhance employee engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and business units, you will understand communication needs and deliver effective solutions. Additionally, you will develop engaging content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, and town halls. Supporting initiatives that promote a connected and informed workforce will be a key aspect of your role, including change communications, leadership messaging, and culture-building programs. You will also contribute to projects aimed at strengthening the firm's employer brand and employee value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Moreover, you will maintain and optimize internal communication platforms and tools to ensure timely and engaging content delivery. Tracking campaign performance and employee feedback will be essential to continuously improve communication strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess 34 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields. You should have proven abilities in managing multiple stakeholders, translating briefs into impactful communication plans, and strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience with employee engagement, employer branding, and EVP is a significant advantage, along with familiarity with communication tools and platforms like SharePoint, Yammer, and MS Teams. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success in this role.,
