Internal Auditor

You will be responsible for independently conducting audits at Head Office or Nodal Operation Centers (NOC). Your role will involve participating in audits across various Business units, focusing on Product, Operations, and Control function audits. It is essential to have core expertise in at least two of these areas. Your main tasks will include assisting in planning, designing, and implementing risk-based audit plans to uphold the safety and stability of the Bank. You must ensure the timely completion of assigned audits and proper documentation of work papers. Tracking the status of reported issues is vital to your responsibilities. You will be required to keep relevant processes aligned with Best Practices and those of peer banks. Additionally, updating the Audit Procedure Manual and checklists regularly is crucial. Developing audit checklists for internal and concurrent auditors, along with testing products, processes, and procedures to identify potential issues, will be part of your duties. Providing suggestions for improving existing processes and systems to the line management is expected. You will oversee the Concurrent Audit process, ensuring timely submission of reports, updating checklists, reviewing audit issues, and following up on rectification.
