Job Responsibilities:-

Taking charge of audit assignments, ensuring execution in compliance with industry standards.

• Providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering teamwork within the audit teams to ensure optimal performance and growth.

• Remaining dedicated to ongoing learning and research to stay at the forefront of industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Being a SPOC for the client. Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of assignments, including materiality concepts.

• Embracing and effectively implementing the firm's established methodologies for audit excellence. Communicate with clients and their overseas counterparts wherever required.

• Co-ordination with SPC cross service teams (IDT, Tax, C Law, TP, etc.) for assignments.

• Taking ownership of various client-related responsibilities, including client relationship management, billing, and recovery.

• Working knowledge about internal audits and prepare Risk Assessment Control Matrices for client processes.

• Effectively collaborate with analytics and IT auditors to enhance existing audit methodologies and achieve risk-based audit coverage.

• Develop, and periodically refresh, risk models, audit programs, and analytic inventory in assigned audit universe areas.

• Lead design and timely implementation of Best Practices and Operational Excellence initiatives across the department using innovative and creative solutions.

• Flexible to work on non-standard assurance engagements.

• Be prepared to travel to various client locations as necessary to fulfill audit requirements and meet client expectations.
