About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Intern to join our fully remote team in India. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. You will work closely with our experienced design and development teams, contributing to real-world projects and learning best practices in user-centered design. Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Collaborate with senior designers to translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency across products.
• Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Support the development team by preparing design assets and ensuring design implementation accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to design challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Design (e.g., Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction), Computer Science, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including personal projects, academic work, or previous internships. (Even if your portfolio is small, demonstrate your thought process!)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (highly preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Bonus Points (Optional, but a plus):

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with animation or motion design tools.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Internship Details:

• Location: Remote (India)
