Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern/Trainee (fresh graduate) to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about B2B ingredient distribution, customer engagement, and market development in the food and nutraceutical sectors. The candidate will work closely with senior management and gain hands-on exposure to Rojell’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research, customer mapping, and lead generation (focus on food & nutraceutical manufacturers).

• Support business development activities: preparing proposals, follow-up with prospects, and coordinating sample requests.

• Prepare and maintain customer databases, dashboards, and sales reports.

• Assist in developing product presentations, brochures, and datasheets.

• Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.

• Coordinate with suppliers for technical documents (PDS/COA) and price updates.

• Learn and apply sales negotiation skills, CRM practices, and distribution models.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Fresh graduate (Food Technology, Life Sciences, Agriculture, BBA, or related fields).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in food, nutrition, health, and sustainability.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and growth-oriented.

• Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word); knowledge of digital tools (LinkedIn, CRM) is a plus.

• Strongly desired: Car driving skills (valid license preferred).
