Verification & Audit:

Review and verify employee tax documents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accuracy standards

Follow-ups & Tracking:

Maintain trackers for missing or incomplete documents and coordinate with employees for timely submissions

Query Management:

Address and resolve employee queries related to tax documentation and submission requirements

Document Filing:

Organize, file, and securely store tax-related documents for easy access and audit readiness

Fraud & Authenticity Checks:

Identify discrepancies, potential loopholes, and verify the authenticity of submitted documents

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel.

Good communication skills for handling employee interactions and follow-ups.

Basic understanding of taxation concepts or a strong willingness to learn.

Organized, proactive, and process-driven approach to work.
