Role Overview: At Kulfi Collective, we are looking for an Intern - Talent & Community Management to join our Talent team. As an Intern, you will assist in maintaining talent databases, mapping and tracking talent, supporting entry-level hiring, and exploring industry partnerships to shape the future of talent acquisition at Kulfi. Key Responsibilities: - Keep the fixed & variable talent databases organized and search-friendly - Assist in mapping, tagging, and tracking talent for full-time and freelance roles - Participate in entry-level hiring processes across departments - Research associate/intern programs, campus partnerships, and industry masterclasses - Stay updated on industry trends and creative cohorts to contribute to talent growth strategies - Network with HR professionals, colleges, and creative collectives to gather insights for talent development Qualification Required: - A student or recent graduate passionate about HR, talent, and people operations - Highly organized with proficiency in managing spreadsheets - Strong communication skills and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently - Familiarity with the media industry is a plus Additional Company Details: Kulfi Collective is a modern media network that focuses on creating and distributing multi-format, multi-platform content for GenY and GenZ audiences.
