Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and fit.
  • Support the team in screening resumes.
  • Research industry trends, talent markets, and competitors to support recruitment strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources /Business Administration
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
