Intern - Talent Acquisition

As a member of the HR - Talent Acquisition Team at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the Onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day Talent Acquisition Operations across all Customer Groups - Handling end-to-end On-boarding process from requisition for the vacancy to offer letter generation - Managing pre-employment screening and candidate induction - Overseeing Employee life cycle activities such as transfer/promotion process and campus-related front ending - Conducting Day 1 Induction presentation and maintaining MIS - Supporting and managing the background verification process - Providing regular updates to business managers and recruiters throughout the Onboarding process - Ensuring robust data integrity and reporting for pre-employment verification process - Collaborating with business and institutes for Campus Placement Management - Creating and circulating periodic MIS & Dashboards to stakeholders and leaders - Working within the control framework to mitigate issues and ensure process adherence Qualifications: - Graduation / Post-Graduation from a UGC recognised University - Fresh Graduates within 0-5 years of completing their Bachelors degree - No prior Govt. regulated Apprenticeship - Basic knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing - Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Professional presentation skills to senior level stakeholders - Culturally diverse and able to work with people of different backgrounds and languages Additional Information: The tenure of the Apprentice will be 1 year as per the Apprentices Act, 1961. Upon completion, a Certificate of Proficiency will be issued by the Govt. of India. All other engagement clauses will be as per the offer letter.,
