As an Intern in the Talent Acquisition (TA) team at Capco, a Wipro company, you will play a crucial role in supporting various TA initiatives and contributing to the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the business to execute multiple TA initiatives and actively participating in all steps of the recruitment process, including pre-selection, interviews, and offers. - Posting positions on the company's career site and other specialty sites to attract potential candidates. - Scheduling interviews for selected candidates and maintaining continuous contact with them, providing follow-up and updates in the applicant tracking system. - Supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects to ensure the smooth functioning of TA operations. - Being a team player and results-oriented individual who can work effectively in a collaborative environment. - Demonstrating basic proficiency with MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. - Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members. - Showing the ability to consistently follow documented procedures to maintain quality and efficiency in TA processes.
