INTERN Social Media Marketing (Candidates based in Goa only apply)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship role ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing real brand accounts and executing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign ideas
• Help track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Research influencers, trends, and competitors
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) under guidance
• Contribute to community engagement and online reputation management

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite is a bonus
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
