Offline Marketing Intern

You should apply if you have:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with vendors and the public.
• Proven ability to manage logistics and details for small projects or events.
• A creative mindset with an understanding of how to translate a brand message into a physical experience.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, "get things done" attitude.
• A willingness to travel locally or work non-traditional hours for event support (when applicable).

You should not apply if you:

• Are primarily interested only in digital-first activities like SEO or email marketing.
• Are uncomfortable with physical logistics, vendor management, or on-the-ground execution.
• Lack the self-starter motivation needed to take ownership of physical projects.
• Have difficulty adhering to strict budget and timeline constraints.

What will you do?

• Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing events, trade shows, or pop-up activations.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., print shops, event organizers, agencies) for materials and services.
• Support the creation and distribution of physical marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, signage).
• Conduct research on potential brand partnership opportunities in local markets.
• Track the success of offline campaigns through surveys, attendance figures, and simple ROI metrics.

Work Experience:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or recently graduated within the last 6 months).

Previous experience in event planning, field marketing, or campus organisation leadership is highly desirable.
