Stipend: 8K PM.

We are (The Adroit) is seeking a highly motivated and passionate intern to join our e-commerce marketplace management team. In this role, you will be learn/responsible for overseeing and optimizing our presence on key marketplace platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata1mg, Nykaa, Ajio, and etc. If you're a team player with a strong drive for success, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities -

· Handle day-to-day marketplace operations, customer service, updates, product listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.

· Ensure that daily maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations.

· Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.

· Managing and executing promotional campaigns.

· Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.

· Reconciliation of Marketplace listings.

Requirements & Qualification -

· Bachelor degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or any other equivalent field.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel

· Strong project management skills.

· Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.

· Good written and verbal communication skills
