The Intern will support the smooth running of academic and admissions processes by coordinating logistics, managing communications and data, and assisting with operational tasks. The role ensures timely and accurate execution of administrative activities related to faculty support, admissions cycle, event coordination, and data management, contributing to an efficient and positive experience for staff, faculty, and applicants.
The role includes coordinating AV arrangements for classes, managing faculty travel and accommodation, handling billing, and overseeing PR and PO processes in SAP. The intern will also support the admissions process by processing applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating alumni participation, releasing results, managing travel and venue arrangements, and assisting the Engagement and Digital Associates with data uploads into Salesforce and other related tasks.

Academic Program Operations
Timeliness and accuracy of AV arrangements for class sessions (e.g., % of sessions without AV issues).
Admissions Coordination
Completion rate and turnaround time for application processing and interview scheduling (e.g., avg. time per application).
Logistics and Faculty Support
Accuracy of faculty travel/accommodation arrangements and billing (% of error-free transactions).
Data Management and Reporting
Successful and timely coordination of PR and PO processes in SAP (e.g., % of POs processed within deadline).
Process Compliance
Quality and completeness of data uploaded into Salesforce (e.g., % of records meeting data standards).
