As a Learning and Development Coordinator at WSP, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and implementation of end-to-end logistics for both online and in-person learning offerings. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all pre- and post-event communications are sent, facilitating or providing support for various training sessions, and developing standardized tools and reporting systems for consistent access to learning data. You will be tasked with supporting regular reporting on learning metrics such as usage, completion, satisfaction, and other key indicators. Your role will also involve generating both standard and custom reports, providing insights on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, and using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a research-oriented mindset are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. A preferred qualification for this role is a Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field.
