General Summary

Key Responsibility

• Maintaining HR page of SharePoint that we are launching soon
• Working on Workday Recruit and JDExpert for Talent Acquisition process
• Reviewing policies – and fill in the gaps in policy between global/ regional & local
• Participate / facilitate fun@work, wellness and CSR activities
• Facilitate local monthly newsletter for associates.
• Support in HR Operation activities
• Ideate on employee onboarding experience and execute
• Work on Adhoc reports / Requirement
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent experience
• Well-developed interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain effective relationships with people
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR Analytics
