Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in Admin responsibilities preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment, compliance, benefits, and performance management.
• Identify and maintain a database of external experts and ensure strong collaboration.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely supply of office and project-related materials.
• Administer payroll inputs, leave and attendance, and employee benefits.
• Support the growth and development of internal and external teams aligned with business needs.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams, clients, and vendor partners.
