Role Overview: You will be joining EHS Guru Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an HR & Admin professional in Gurugram. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and vendor management. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of internal and external teams aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compliance, benefits, and performance management. - Identify and maintain a database of external experts and ensure strong collaboration. - Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely supply of office and project-related materials. - Support the growth and development of internal and external teams aligned with business needs. - Build strong relationships across internal teams, clients, and vendor partners. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Prior experience in Admin responsibilities preferred.,
