Role Summary

fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience


Responsibilities

  • Support

    business development

    : research leads, craft pitches, track pipeline.
  • Create ✨ magic ✨ on

    social media & marketing

    (content, campaigns, memes).
  • Assist the

    Founder’s Office

    in projects, presentations, and day-to-day ops.
  • Contribute to

    strategy consulting deliverables

    : market research, competitor analysis, financial models.
  • Prepare

    proposals, case studies, and thought leadership content

    .


Qualifications

  • Fresher or up to

    1 year of experience

    in consulting/finance/startup/marketing.
  • From a

    top academic pedigree (IIT/IIM/NLUs/ISB or equivalent)

    preferred.
  • Strong analytical + research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel; social media skills are a plus.
  • Hunger to learn, bias for action, and ability to thrive in startup chaos
