We’re seeking a Partner / Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will take end-to-end ownership of multiple client and venture projects, drive business development, and strengthen our venture-building operations. This is a builder’s role , not a managerial one. You will work directly with the founding partners to lead delivery , drive execution , and scale the consulting-plus-venture-building model across sectors. Over time, this role may transition into equity shareholding or partnership within Adara Partners, based on performance and contribution. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with ownership mindset. Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution discipline.
