Role Summary This role is for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who wants to experience strategy + startup energy in one shot. You’ll support business development, social media/marketing, strategy consulting, and founder’s office projects. Success = you hustle, learn fast, and ship value. Responsibilities Support business development : research leads, craft pitches, track pipeline. Create ✨ magic ✨ on social media & marketing (content, campaigns, memes). Assist the Founder’s Office in projects, presentations, and day-to-day ops. Contribute to strategy consulting deliverables : market research, competitor analysis, financial models. Prepare proposals, case studies, and thought leadership content . Qualifications Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in consulting/finance/startup/marketing. From a top academic pedigree (IIT/IIM/NLUs/ISB or equivalent) preferred. Strong analytical + research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel; social media skills are a plus. Hunger to learn, bias for action, and ability to thrive in startup chaos
