Job Summary:

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The supervisor coordinates between clients, contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Coordination

Supervise all on-site interior works including carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and painting.

Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery and installation.

Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues promptly.

Project Scheduling & Reporting

Prepare and monitor work schedules and ensure timely progress.

Report daily site activities, progress updates, and material usage to the Project Manager.

Maintain records of site attendance, deliveries, and inspections.

Quality & Safety

Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure quality and design intent are maintained.

Conduct quality checks and snag rectifications before client handover.

Communication & Coordination

Liaise with architects, designers, consultants, and clients for site coordination and approvals.

Attend project meetings and update the management on progress, issues, and requirements.

Assist in resolving technical or logistical challenges on site.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out or finishing projects.

Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior detailing.

Proficient in reading drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools is an added advantage.
