Interior Site Supervisor

Role Summary: The Senior Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design and fit-out projects at construction sites. This role entails supervising site activities, ensuring work aligns with project specifications and timelines, maintaining safety and quality standards, and managing communication among contractors, vendors, workers, and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all on-site activities for interior projects to ensure timely and quality completion. Coordinate and direct subcontractors, site staff, and construction workers; provide training and guidance when necessary. Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and enforce quality and safety protocols. Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure correct implementation. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills. Hands-on experience with construction software tools such as AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
