Design Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Interior Design Sales Executive to join our team. The role blends design knowledge with strong sales skills to convert inquiries into successful projects. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our design team — understanding client needs, presenting design concepts, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking. Meet with potential clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets. Present interior design concepts, proposals, and material options effectively. Work closely with the design team to align client needs with design solutions. Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and negotiate contracts. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Track sales pipeline, targets, and conversions. Stay updated on interior design trends, products, and finishes to pitch effectively. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales (experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury products is a plus). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand design concepts and explain them in client-friendly language. Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is a bonus. Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure. Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
