Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will 1 possess a strong design sensibility, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to lead and mentor junior designers. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of design projects, from conceptualization to final installation, ensuring client satisfaction and design integrity.  Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. Develop innovative and creative design concepts based on client needs, preferences, and project requirements. Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and material selections. Produce comprehensive working drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and procurement. Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp,3DS MAX, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape) is a plus. Excellent understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and construction methods. Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
