Interior Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities and ensure projects are delivered as per design, quality standards, and timelines. You will act as the bridge between the design team, vendors, and clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and workforce.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor carpentry, modular installations, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
• Ensure material quality, measurements, and workmanship standards.
• Plan daily work schedules and track progress against timelines.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks at every stage.
• Ensure site safety, discipline, and cleanliness.
• Maintain daily site reports, material consumption, and work progress updates.
• Assist in snag list preparation and final handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior site execution (residential/commercial).
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and understand working drawings and BOQs.
• Familiarity with modular furniture installations is a plus.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad sites.
