Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, manage and coordinate with subcontractors and laborers, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety on the site. Responsibilities also include regular site inspections, addressing any issues or delays, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and plans. Qualifications Project management and site supervision skills Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and laborers Knowledge of interior design and modular kitchen installations Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and blueprints Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
