Role Description We are seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site. The role involves supervising labor, coordinating with engineers and contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. The Civil Supervisor will act as the key link between the site workforce and project management, ensuring smooth execution of civil works on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities, including manpower allocation. Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for timely execution. Maintain work progress reports and submit updates to management. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in site supervision within construction/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil works, construction processes, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Familiarity with site safety regulations and labor management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic project documentation. Good communication and leadership skills.
